Weather and Health & Safety Policy 🌧️
Safety is our priority. We will never set up an inflatable if wind speed exceeds 24 mph. 💨 Strong winds or heavy rain trigger immediate action. ☔ We follow strict health and safety laws to protect every child and guest. ⚠️ If adverse weather prevents delivery, we will rearrange or refund — your safety comes first. 🎉💰
Summary: Key Points
- No setup if wind speed is over 24 mph. 💨
- If strong winds and heavy rain are forecast, we will contact you to rearrange. ☔
- Payments already made will be refunded if we cannot provide due to weather. 💰
- We prioritize safety to prevent injury and to comply with health and safety laws. ⚠️
Wind and Rain Limits
Under no circumstances will we erect inflatables when wind speeds exceed 24 mph. This is non-negotiable. High winds and heavy rain create unsafe conditions such as:
- Unstable anchoring and lift risk. 🚩
- Slippery surfaces and reduced visibility. 🌧️
- Increased risk of equipment failure and injuries. ⚠️
What Happens If Weather Affects Your Booking
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, we will inform you as soon as possible. 📞 We aim to contact you earlier in the week when the forecast looks poor, not on the day of the event. 📅
- Early contact whenever possible to minimize disruption. ⏰
- Rescheduling options offered when safe to do so. 🔁
- Full refunds issued for payments already made if service cannot be provided. 💵
How We Decide — Monitoring and Communication
We check the weather daily. 🌤️ Our decision is based on reliable forecasts. We will:
- Monitor official meteorological updates. 📡
- Assess wind speeds and precipitation forecasts. 🌬️
- Contact customers promptly if a change affects the booking. 📲
Refunds and Safety First
Your safety outweighs convenience. If we cancel due to weather, any payments already made will be refunded promptly. 💰 We do this to ensure no one is put at unnecessary risk and so every child can enjoy a safe event. 🎉
