Weather Policy

We will under no circumstances set up any inflatable if the wind speed is over 24mph. If strong winds and heavy rain are forecast we will contact you to rearrange the booking, it’s because we don’t want your children getting hurt as we do follow strict health and safety laws. If this does happen please do not hold it against us as we want every child to have a safe and enjoyable event. Any payments which have been paid prior will be refunded.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity, we check the weather daily and if the weather is not looking great we will contact you earlier on in the week, we will not leave it until the day to inform you.
