Frequently Asked Questions — Bouncy Castle Hire 🎉
Are you members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance? ✅
Yes. We are members of the BIHA. This means we follow industry standards for safety and operation.
How does the castle operate? ⚙️
All units run on an electric blower. The blower keeps the inflatable fully pressurised during use.
Do I need to keep the castle plugged in? 🔌
Yes. The castle must remain switched on while in use to stay inflated.
Can the bouncy castle be inflated indoors? 🏠
- Yes. Most castles can be used indoors.
- We provide sandbags to weigh the castle down and safety mats for indoor use.
- Check ceiling height before booking. Hall height is often overlooked.
Can adults go on the bouncy castle? 🚫🧑
- Children’s bouncy castles are for kids up to 14 years old. They are not designed for adult weight.
- Adults bouncing on children’s units can damage seams and stitching.
- We do offer adult-friendly inflatables. These are clearly marked for mixed-age use.
Can I collect the bouncy castle and set it up myself? ❌
No. We deliver, set up, inflate and collect the inflatable at the agreed time.
What do I need to do on the day? 📦
