Yes, we are members of the BIHA.

How does the castle operate?

All units run on an electric blower.

Do I need to keep the castle plugged in?

Yes, while the castle is in use it needs to be switched on (to keep it inflated).

Can the bouncy castle be inflated indoors?

Yes, most of our Bouncy Castles can be inflated indoors, we will provide sandbags to weigh the Bouncy Castle down. You will need to check the ceiling height as this can be sometimes overlooked by the general size of the hall. We also provide safety mats for indoor use.

Can adults go on the bouncy castle?

Our childrens Bouncy Castles are suitable for children up to the age of 14, and will NOT withstand the weight of an adult. When adults bounce on children's Bouncy Castles, they put too much stress on the seams damaging the material and stitching. We do do adult bouncy castles and inflatables which are suitable for both children and adults and these products will be clearly stated for the suitable age group.

Can I collect the bouncy castle and set it up myself?

No,we will deliver the inflatable and set it all up for you. We will then come and collect the inflatable at the time agreed with you.

What do I need to do on the day?

We will need clear access (At least 3-5 ft width to the place you would like the inflatable situated. The inflatable will be wheeled to the location on a trolley. Please tell us at the time of booking if you have any narrow access ways, awkward routes or there are lots of steps to the location and we will advise you from there. If vehicles are parked on the driveway to your house, please make sure you have left enough room for us to wheel the inflatable past and that the area where it is to be cited is free from ANY obstructions (Trampolines,Swings,and Pet fouling !) PRIOR to us arriving, otherwise this will delay further deliveries to other customers.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, .(please see Delivery Tab) You will receive all necessary equipment for your party, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection. Prices DO NOT include Generators, we unfortunately do not hire our generators out for private hire ONLY for manned events by ourselves. For private hire we will require a plug socket per inflatable within a 50 meter range.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the inflatable, you will need to provide a standard 240 volts mains power supply ( plug socket ). Our extension leads vary in length ranging up to 50m long. PLEASE NOTE we do not supply generators for private hire.

When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

How long do I get the equipment for?

Prices are based per hire not for length of time needed, maximum duration of hire is 8 hrs per day, latest collection time during summer months is 19.00pm ( earlier in the winter months )

Can i hire the equipment overnight?

Unfortunately due to some of our equipment being damaged in the past we now no longer do overnight hire.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required.

How do I pay?

We have a book online system which enables you to check availability and book your chosen inflatable and offers you two ways to pay, either pay online with any Debit/credit card ( Square Online Payments ) or cash on delivery. The system will then send you a confirmation email securing your chosen date if available. Otherwise we can accept bank transfer the day before your party.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.

Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

No this is not possible however if it is a very slight gradient it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

Can i have an inflatable on concrete?

Unfortunately we do not set up any of our inflatables on concrete, it would either need to be on grass or indoor hire only. ( no artificial grass ) as the inflatable will need to be staked into the ground for safety and security.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on the size and how many inflatables you have at the time of your booking. Just simply contact us and based on your chosen products we can give you a time of how long the process will take.

How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and 3 feet at the rear of the inflatable and at least 1 feet either side. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the inflatable is to be sited.

Do we have Public Liability Insurance.?

Yes, £5million, however, it is important that the hirer appreciates what this means. PLI covers the hirer against loss, damage or injury caused by inappropriate or unsafe set-up, or faulty equipment. It DOES NOT protect against loss, damage or injury caused through either negligent use of the equipment, or altering any aspect of the set-up after delivery, or through normal use where accidents may occur.

Can I cancel for bad weather?

Yes you can cancel at anytime free of charge. We will under no circumstances set up any inflatable if the wind speed is over 24mph. if strong winds and heavy rain are forecast we will contact you to rearrange the booking, it’s because we don’t want your children getting hurt as we do follow strict health and safety laws. If this does happen please do not hold it against us as we want every child to have a safe and enjoyable event. Any payments which have been paid prior will be refunded.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity, we check the weather daily and if the weather is not looking great we will contact you earlier on in the week, we will not leave it until the day to inform you.

What happens on the day if my inflatable wont fit in my garden?

It is the responsibility of the customer to measure up there garden to see if the inflatable fits, all our measurements of all our inflatables and the space needed is next to every product on our website. We cannot be held responsible if on the day we do not have the required amount of access needed to inflate the product.

Can I arrange overnight bouncy castle hire?

Unfortunately we do not hire our inflatables out over night, we like to get them back in the evening, clean them ready for next days hire.

How much will it cost to run an inflatable for a whole day?

It will cost as little as one pound per day.

Will the inflatable need to be supervised?

Yes, we hire out our inflatables on the understanding that they are supervised at ALL times whilst they are in use by a responsible adult. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Will I receive a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Hire?

At the time of booking online you have to read and accept our terms of condition before you complete your booking. You can print off a copy for your own records if you wish.
