Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process. Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location. All our size measurements of our products and the space needed is next to every product on our website.

Weather Policy

We will under no circumstances set up any inflatable if the wind speed is over 24mph. if strong winds and heavy rain are forecast we will contact you to rearrange the booking, it’s because we don’t want your children getting hurt as we do follow strict health and safety laws. If this does happen please do not hold it against us as we want every child to have a safe and enjoyable event. Any payments which have been paid prior will be refunded.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity, we check the weather daily and if the weather is not looking great we will contact you earlier on in the week, we will not leave it until the day to inform you.
