Space required for every inflatable is very important as sometime this can be overlooked. All inflatables come in different sizes and heights. It's not just about the actual size of the inflatable itself but also the additional space we need around the inflatable in order to make it safe. Below is a picture to represent the actual size of the this particular inflatable and the additional space we need around the inflatable aswell.
Time:
Our prices are based on the hire not for length of time needed, maximum duration of hire is anything up to 8 hours within a day. latest collection time during summer months is 19.00pm

Depending on access typical set up/take down times are as follows:
Children's/Adults standard size castle 15-20mins
Softplay set up 15-20min
Castle & Softplay set ups 20-30mins
For larger equipment and multiple products the time process can be estimated upon request.

Weather Policy:
We will under no circumstances set up any inflatable if the wind speed is over 24mph. If strong winds and heavy rain are forecast we will contact you to rearrange the booking, it’s because we don’t want your children getting hurt as we do follow strict health and safety laws. If this does happen please do not hold it against us as we want every child to have a safe and enjoyable event. Any payments which have been paid prior will be refunded.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity, we check the weather daily and if the weather is not looking great we will contact you earlier on in the week, we will not leave it until the day to inform you.
