Route planning and coordination: the further out the delivery, the less deliveries we can do locally.

What Happens If Weather Affects Your Booking

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, we will inform you as soon as possible. We aim to contact you earlier in the week when the forecast looks poor, not on the day of the event.

Early contact whenever possible to minimize disruption.
Rescheduling options offered when safe to do so.
Full refunds issued for payments already made if service cannot be provided.

Wind and Rain Limits

Under no circumstances will we erect inflatables when wind speeds exceed 24 mph. This is non-negotiable. High winds and heavy rain create unsafe conditions such as:

Unstable anchoring and lift risk.
Slippery surfaces and reduced visibility.
Increased risk of equipment failure and injuries.
