• Maximum hire duration: up to 8hrs within a day. ⏳
• Earliest Delivery Time 08:00am, Latest Collection Time 19:00pm 😎🌚
• Standard castle setup/take down (children's/adult): 15–20 minutes. 🏰
• Softplay setup/take down: 15–20 minutes. 🧸
• Castle & Softplay combined: 20–30 minutes. 🏰 🧸
• Larger equipment or multiple items: timing estimated upon request. ⏰

Preparing Your Site & Safety 🧷

• Clear adequate space and remove debris or furniture 📏🧹
• Ensure accessible driveways & side access is clear of any bins or rubbish ↔️
• For safety and hygiene, please remove pet waste from the lawn prior to delivery 🦮
• For outside hires we only set up on grass ( not artificial grass or any hard surface ) 🎈
• For indoor hires please remember to check ceiling heights for the inflatable, this is often overlooked 🪂

⚠️ Please note that due to the weight and size of the Obstacle Jump & Slide Bouncy Castle, close access to the inflation spot is needed. Additionally, a clear and even walkway of at least 5 ft in width is required. This will NOT fit through a standard single size garden side gate.
